Our website follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) it is also known as the Safe Harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. §512.

If you encounter any piece of content on our website that you believe should not be there or violates the copyright act. You can inform us about copyright infringement by writing to us. The written request or notice must include these given points; otherwise, the request or notice will not be tolerated.

Authorized Signature Requirement:

The person who has allegedly infringed the content must submit a physical or digital signature confirming the identity and approval of the request. This person must be the owner or a legally authorized person.

Identification of Infringing Content:

The notification must include the identification of the content explicitly. And if the website is assumed to have multiple content copyright infringements, then they all must be listed correctly.

Proper Location and URL Submission:

The content that has been claimed to be infringing and that has to be removed from the access must be located correctly. The best way to do so is by providing the URLs in the document that has to be submitted. It will quicken the process.

Complainant Contact Information:

The information about the complaint party, like the address, telephone, and contact information, must be correct. If available, a working email address will also be very helpful.

Good Faith Statement for Content Removal:

The document in good faith must also include a statement. That should prove that the owner or their agent, or the law enforcement, has called for the removal of the requested content to be removed from the site.

Accuracy and Legal Responsibility Statement:

Another statement claiming that the notification is hundred percent accurate and under penalty of perjury. That the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. (Note that under Section 512(f) any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents. That material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. It means that there should not be any false claims made. Otherwise, there will be a tough response from our side as well.
